Teleportation: a reality?

BBC NEWS | Science/Nature | Teleportation breakthrough made

I am not even going to pretend to understand the physics behind this, however the ability to transfer properties of atoms through space seems beyond the fantastic and seeingly into the realms of fiction. The most important short term possiblity is computing speed, which while not amazing does break barriers.

Whether this means physical transport is ever a possibility I don't know but it makes me wonder...

Congratulations to those scientists involved.

Well fiction is now where we are living when you go back 200 years. Maybe everything is not clear but our mind can see it. I think wath we gone see in the next 100 years is that with the help of nano-robots we would take our body appart and than put it back together somewhere else because nano-robots wil remember where to put every molecule/atom back in our body.Evolution of our mind goes further.
