At risk

I officially have been put at risk in terms of my role. This means that I am on a pre-notice of redundancy. There are a few people in my small team (well 6) in the same boat. A couple are safe and another person made redundant straight away.

I knew hiring Barclay back would cost :(

I am as you can imagined saddened that yet again I have to go through this. How can you get on and do a good job when you constantly have this threat around the corner, I mean eight times in seven years may not sound that many but when you consider 6 have been in the last 2 and a half years you may begin to see my point.

Let's see where it takes me in the next two weeks. Maybe its an opportunity in disguise?
