Danny (at EvilMonkey ha, ha, ha! or should that be Oooo, Oooo, Oooo!) notes that ntl's critical user group nthellworld.co.uk have started their own blogging service for users. He makes a good point when he suggests the possibility of interaction between bloggers like Danny & myself. It is worth pointing out that others within ntl have frequently contributed to such forums (is that the correct plural?) but often get tired by constant back biting and cynicism.
The blogs could essntially become another channel for that. If you read my blog (lucky you) then you're aware I want to have more customer interaction and criticism is fine however there is no point in having a 'slaggin match' or 'flame war' as such interaction or forums tend to be.
Still, we will see what these blogs turn up and maybe something constructive could emerge.
